APPLY TO BROOKS HOUSE

Applications for Brooks House will not be mailed out or available to fill out online. They must be filled out in person at Brooks House. Once completed, applications will be reviewed and background checks conducted on all applicants. Because we are a transitional (non-emergency) shelter, this process may take up to several weeks to complete, and applicants may be placed on a waiting list if no rooms are available at the time. Appointments may be made for filling out applications, but are not necessary.
